Pivot Homes Wins Industry Leading HIA State Awards

Building industry leaders, the Housing Industry Association (HIA) held their annual 2018 Victorian Building Awards at Crown Towers, Melbourne on Friday 9 November.  

In August, Pivot Homes secured nominations into the State Awards following receiving five Regional Awards including Best Display Home and Best Custom Built Home in Western Victoria.

With no expectations, but an honor to further showcase two of our beautiful homes, the Pivot Homes team was thrilled to receive two statewide prestigious awards in front of industry VIPS and peers at the Gala Event.

The Pivot Homes new Display Home located in the Armstrong Villawood Estate in Mount Duneed won the 2018 HIA CSR VIC Display Home $600k to $1M Award.  The Pivot Display Home was also Runner Up to the overall Best Display Home in Victoria.

Secondly, our three time regional award winning Separation Creek project was presented with the 2018 HIA CRS Victorian Custom Built Home $1M to $1.5M Award; furthermore finishing Runner Up for Best Custom Built Home in Victoria overall.

Accepting the awards on behalf of the team was Michael Pietersen, Pivot Homes Director who was extremely proud and accompanied by his wife Petrina and Site Supervisor Brad Brooks with wife Emma.
