With a south facing orientation, the challenge for this design was to allow the rear facing living zone ample exposure to key northern light. A central private courtyard serves as a key entertaining area that provides connection with the front and rear, whilst allowing the important sunlight in to the rear living zone. The subtle street appearance leads to an open entry with the residence opening up to the rear living zone that offers views to the golf course and private courtyard.
