Our in house design team, work closely with you in developing your floor plan into detailed documentation based from the information you provide us. This is a back and forth process until perfected.
We now offer a FREE Interior Design Service with recognised Interior Designer – Alison Jones Design to assist with carpet, tiles, colour selection and kitchen design. Making difficult decisions has now been replaced with expert advice!
We incorporate Double Glazing throughout all of our homes (with Argon Filled Cavities at no extra cost), along with the R5.0 Ceiling and R2.5 Wall Gold High Performance Insulation as standard.
Throughout the construction process, you are introduced to one of our experienced Supervisors who will be managing the build and also our Construction Manager, who oversees the project. We encourage you to be as involved as you would like.
Due to our BEA accreditation we conduct additional independent inspections verifying all aspects of your building meet industry standards. This gives you added peace of mind and proves Pivot have nothing to hide.
